CONSULTING
Sometimes I am asked to get involved in the planning or execution of a special event or wedding, which is taking place in a venue that has in-house chefs. I have created menus, consulted with chefs in hotels and resorts, worked alongside the chefs, and coordinated with the existing event planners. Any element of the wedding can be addressed from the wedding invitations, to the food and flowers.
